We can no longer offer payment plans for our clients. We tried to offer payment plans to our clients but unfortunately we have been taken advantage of and as a new business we cannot afford to pay for our clients pet’s treatments.
We will do everything we can to work with you within your budget and still effectively treat your pet.
If you are dire straights, we suggest calling or going to the ASPCA in Orlando near the mall at Millenia. They can often work with you more than we can as they get donations and funds from the government to help them out. Their phone number is 407-351-7722 x3237
We have signed up with Care Credit so our clients can use them as a resource for payment options. You can apply in our office or on-line. See our “Payment Options” tab for a link to their website. There is no annual fee and our office offers a 6 month interest free options.
Each client will be presented with an estimate (after the initial exam) before additional services are performed; unless there is a life threating emergency, then we will just ask verbal permission for treatment to save your pet’s life. Emergency deposit of $600.
The client has the ability to go over the estimates with the staff, ask questions and we can adjust treatments/services as needed to fit your budget and also best fit your pets needs.
If your pet is to be left for hospitalization, surgery or extensive diagnostics a deposit of full the estimates needs to be made.
The balance of the bill will need to be paid before your pet is released.
Each estimates has a high and low number and we do our best to stay within those numbers. If we need to exceed the high estimates, we will contact the owner for approval. If we cannot reach the owner or their emergency contact and a treatment is needed and is of urgent medical need, we will perform the treatment/procedures at owners expense.
